ROSE ATHIME DNP-FNP-BC
Rose graduated Magna Cum Laude from Simmons University, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and advanced clinical practice. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Magna Cum Laude honors from Fitchburg State University, establishing a strong foundation in evidence-based patient care. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple hospital systems across Massachusetts, gaining extensive experience in high-acuity environments, including ICU, Stepdown, and Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units — experiences that continue to shape her safety-first philosophy in aesthetic medicine.
During her Nurse Practitioner clinical rotation, Rose spent four months in the Operating Room and Medical Aesthetics under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph Russo, further advancing her procedural knowledge, aesthetic assessment skills, and commitment to medical excellence. She has also completed advanced aesthetic education through Supervision 180, Allergan Elevate Training, hands-on mentorship with Dr. John Fezza, and multiple nationally recognized aesthetic leaders. Committed to remaining at the forefront of innovation, Rose invests in ongoing education and completes approximately 3–4 advanced aesthetic trainings each year to refine her techniques and deliver the highest level of patient care.
Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, and conversational in Spanish, Rose is deeply committed to serving a diverse patient population with compassion, cultural awareness, and clear communication. Her approach combines medical precision with a luxury patient experience, ensuring every client feels confident, educated, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey.
As the visionary behind The Delicate Rose brand, Rose continues to elevate the standard of aesthetic medicine in Andover by merging clinical excellence, artistry, and personalized care — creating a space where beauty, safety, and innovation meet.
Outside of her professional life, Rose values quality time with her three children and enjoys fitness, travel, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Michela
Michela is a licensed esthetician who graduated from the 900-Hour Master Esthetician Program at Catherine Hinds Institute in Woburn, MA. With a passion for skincare and a dedication to helping others feel confident in their own skin, she specializes in result-driven treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments. Her goal is to provide personalized, effective care that supports each client’s unique skin health journey. She is currently continuing her education at Middlesex Community College, where she is completing coursework in preparation for nursing school to expand her ability to care for others in even more meaningful ways.

Gabrielle
Gabrielle Victor is an aspiring nursing student who is currently gaining valuable experience as the front desk coordinator at The Delicate Rose. Working closely under the supervision of Nurse Rose Athime, Gabrielle has developed a keen understanding of the intersection between patient care and administrative processes in a clinical setting. Her role at the medspa includes managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment schedules, and ensuring that all client information is handled efficiently and confidentially. Gabrielle’s passion for nursing is grounded in her desire to promote health and well-being in her community. As she continues her studies, Gabrielle looks forward to expanding her clinical skills and ultimately becoming a registered nurse, where she hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of her patients and working along side Nurse Rose.
